Kathy Mason

Regional Director

Kathy’s passion for home care stemmed from the passing of a dear aunt when she was a new mom. Her aunt was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and her wish was to be in her home with her beloved poodles until she passed. This was almost 40 years ago when home care was a very new concept. Kathy felt helpless, unable to help her with her request. Kathy came to Griswold Home Care in 2001 with a mission to help anyone with the desire to remain in their home. It has been her absolute pleasure to be a part of this company.

Lauren Smith

Assistant Manager

Lauren joined the Griswold Home Care team in 2013. She oversees the live-in care coordination for Camden County. Lauren is currently working on a degree in health sciences. When she isn’t finding the best caregiver match for her clients she is a mom and a soccer coach. Lauren is a huge animal lover- ask her about all of her pets!

Peggy Rust

Peggy Rust is the Registered Nurse at Griswold Home Care, Camden County office. She oversees all client service plans and speaks with caregivers on a daily basis to ensure that client needs are met.

Peggy has been a nurse for 32 years. She graduated with her BSN from Trenton State College, now TCNJ. Besides working at Griswold Home Care, Peggy is a nurse at Villanova University.

Tara Marshall

Case Manager

Tara joined our team in 2025 as a case manager, but her role is not limited to her title.

She's also a certified home health aide and dedicated caregiver who is passionate about helping others.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her daughter, who is currently in college, caring for her chickens, and attending church on the weekends.

Dominique Cummings

Recruitment Coordinator

Dominique came to Griswold in 2025 with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career as a CNA and later became a CHHA, working as a CHHA Scheduler for one of South Jersey's leading hospice companies. Later in her career, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. She carries 6+ years of experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment and onboarding.

Having worked firsthand as a caregiver, Dominique understands the compassion, dedication, and commitment the role requires. She believes caregiving is one of the most rewarding professions, as it provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day.

When not at work, Dominique enjoys spending time with her dogs.

Jeff Kleeman

Community Liaison

Jeff joined the Griswold Home Care for Camden County team in August 2026.

He brings 20 years of business development and marketing experience in the senior healthcare industry and deep roots with local professionals and community organizations that serve the older adult population.

Motivated by assisting his own parents through various health crises, Jeff utilizes his experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing and hospice to help families navigate the healthcare system.

“The greatest part of my job is when a family reaches out to say thank you for the wonderful care our team provided to their loved one,” he says.

Jeff is the father of three adult children and enjoys traveling, going to concerts and Phillies games, playing softball and finding hidden treasures at flea markets.

Michele Golden

Case Manager

Michele joined Griswold Home Care for Camden County as a Case Manager in August 2026, bringing with her valuable hands-on experience and a true understanding of caregiving.

As both a Certified Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant, she knows firsthand the dedication, compassion and hard work that go into providing quality care.

Outside the office, Michele is a proud mom and grandmother who stays busy coaching her kids’ sports, including soccer.

Katherine joined the Griswold Home Care for Camden County team in September 2026.

She has been working in human services since 2024, bringing a diverse background in management, case management, and community outreach. Her experience has given her a strong foundation in supporting individuals, building meaningful relationships, and helping people navigate challenges and access to the resources they need.

With a genuine passion for helping others, Katherine is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves. She believes in treating everyone with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Outside of work, Katherine is an avid music and nature lover who enjoys attending concerts and spending time at the beach. She spends her free time making memories with her children, friends, and family.
