Meet Your Team
Krushna Panda
Owner
Caring for seniors isn’t just our work—it’s a responsibility we take to heart.
Krushna Panda is the heart and primary leader of our care team, working closely with both caregivers and the families we serve. She comes from a large family of seven siblings, having grown up in a joint household where grandparents lived at home and caring for elders was a natural part of daily life. Having lived in the United States for over 30 years, Krushna continues to carry forward those same values of compassion, responsibility, and respect for seniors into her work today. She lives in Wixom, Michigan, with her loving husband and their son, and remains deeply connected to her community, friends, and elders.
Professionally, Krushna brings decades of leadership experience, having worked at several large automotive companies and most recently retiring as a Senior Program Manager. Her background has instilled a strong sense of organization, discipline, and attention to detail—ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that care is delivered the right way, every time.
Krushna is passionately committed to making sure every senior we support receives compassionate, empathetic, and thorough care at a price families can realistically afford. Supported by a dedicated team of family members and trained professionals, and guided by the Griswold Foundation’s principles, she ensures that care is not only legally and ethically sound, but also rooted in true kindness and dignity. Her mission is simple: to provide the level of care every senior deserves—thoughtful, respectful, and accessible.

In Your Community
We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the neighborhood, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.
Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
