Why Griswold?

Griswold Care Pairing for Central New York is an award-winning pioneer in non-medical in-home care, with over 40 years of experience helping families find the right Caregivers.

At Griswold, Care Pairing Is Personal

Care Pairing means finding the right help for your loved one. At Griswold, we take time to understand each individual’s routines, preferences, and goals before referring a Caregiver. No two situations are the same, and our approach reflects that.

Referred Caregivers may support a wide range of needs, including 24-Hour Care, respite care, dementia care, personal care, homemaking, companionship, and assistance for individuals living with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries. This thoughtful, personalized matching process helps build trusted relationships that feel comfortable from the very beginning.

Personal Care

Personal Care provides hands-on assistance while preserving dignity and respect. Referred Caregivers may offer gentle support with routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.

Companionship

Companionship care focuses on emotional well-being and meaningful connection. Referred Caregivers may provide friendship, conversation, and a comforting presence that helps ease loneliness and isolation.

Homemaking

Homemaking services help maintain a safe and comfortable home while supporting independence. Referred Caregivers may assist with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, and other daily household tasks.
