Flor Loera has over 20 years of Operations and Leadership experience, blending strategic management and business expertise with a passion for exceptional care and service.
As Director of Operations for Griswold Home Care for Tulare & Kings Counties, Flor Loera oversees daily operations and business development, team performance, Client satisfaction, and quality of care. Her leadership emphasizes accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement to help ensure that Clients and their families receive dependable, personalized, high-quality home care.
Flor holds a Master’s Degree in Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles focused on operational excellence, team development, customer service, and organizational growth.
Driven by a commitment to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes, Flor builds strong relationships with Clients, families, Caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners to support that commitment.

Talent Specialist & Registered Nurse
With 14 years of combined healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, and Registered Nurse, I have developed a deep passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
As a Talent Specialist for Griswold Home Care for Tulare & Kings Counties, I aim to recruit, train, and support compassionate, dependable Caregivers who share my passion for helping others. My first-hand care experience has shown me how important it is for families to feel confident and comfortable with their loved ones’ Caregivers.

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations while navigating the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis and life as a wheelchair user. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.

Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
