Our agency is committed to identifying and supporting each client’s preferred communication approach. We believe communication access is a vital part of quality care and collaborate with clients, families, care coordinators, and appropriate service providers to ensure accommodations are identified, respected, and integrated into the care experience. Our Caregivers can assist with:
- Support with activities of daily living while encouraging independence
- Assistance using alternative communication methods and visual cues
- Mobility support, orientation assistance, and home safety awareness
- Companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
