We take part in local events, support senior programs, and volunteer with organizations that share our mission. Being part of the community means showing up and helping where it matters.

Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center 

We’re proud to support local seniors as a Monthly Sponsor of the Speaker Series at Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center. Join us on the last Friday of each month at 10 a.m. for informative talks focused on senior safety, wellness, and financial guidance. These sessions are part of the center’s calendar of enriching programs designed for adults 60 and older. 

Membership to Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center is free for individuals age 60 and above. Please check the calendar for the latest schedule.

We’re proud to support workshops that provide valuable information for seniors and their families. 

  • Palliative and Hospice Care: Dr. Alia Khoja at Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center shared insights navigating palliative and hospice care for individuals and their families. 
  • Dementia and Dementia Care: Dr. Alia Khoja led a recent session to help families better understand dementia and explore care options and support resources.

Caring and Sharing in the Community 

Griswold Home Care for Oahu was proud to participate in this year’s Alzheimer’s Caregiver Conference, which featured guest speaker David Troxel, author of The Best Friend Approach to Dementia Care. 

With more than 100,000 Hawaii residents living with Alzheimer’s, it’s more important than ever to come together, share knowledge, and support families in our community.

Celebrating Women’s Leadership in Hawaii 

Griswold Home Care for Oahu was honored to sponsor a table at the YWCA Oahu 48th Annual LeaderLuncheon, celebrating four outstanding women for their accomplishments and recognizing 125 years of YWCA’s work uplifting women and inspiring future leaders across Hawaiʻi.
