      We're Here for You

If you're seeking compassionate home care services for your loved one, you've come to the right place, Griswold Home Care. Cathy Howard, along with her mother Frances Malafronte, opened the Griswold office over 33 years ago after having her own challenges finding care for her grandfather. Whether your loved one is getting older, is sick, or has mental or physical challenges, our New Haven team at Griswold can help. Backed by a national brand with over 40 years of experience, we are a trusted non-medical, home care provider that can assist clients in New Haven, Hamden, Milford, and surrounding towns with services such as companionship care, live-in home care, and memory care.

Our care covers an array of tasks including dressing, showering, preparing food, or medication reminders. If your loved one simply needs to stay socially engaged, we can provide companionship a few times a week to keep them company. For those who are nearing the end of their lives, we can make sure they are as comfortable as possible and work well with your Hospice team.

At Griswold Home Care for New Haven County, we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to home care. We take the time to get to know our clients and their family so that we can fully understand their needs - and then we customize a plan that perfectly accommodates them. We can always adjust your care plan as those needs change over time.
