Meet Your Team

Caitlin Kelley
Owner
Hi, I’m Caitlin Kelley, and I’m so excited to be a part of the Griswold Home Care family in Greensburg. I’ve spent my career as a Registered Nurse, working in hospitals, home health care, and even as a clinical trainer, but my passion has always been about making a difference in people’s lives. My decision to start Griswold Home Care wasn’t just professional—it was personal. I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be for families to care for their loved ones. My grandmother, who wanted to stay in her home, faced a language barrier that made it difficult for her to connect with care options. My aunt became her primary caregiver, balancing everything on her own, except for the brief moments when another sibling could fly in to help. Watching their struggle showed me how much of a difference quality home care could make—not just for the person being cared for but for the whole family. At Griswold Home Care, we’re here to support families like yours. Whether it’s helping seniors stay safe and comfortable at home or giving family caregivers the respite they deserve, my goal is to bring the kind of care and compassion I’ve valued throughout my nursing career. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying involved in the Greensburg community. I also speak American Sign Language, which allows me to connect with even more people who may need support. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the challenges of caregiving and is ready to help, I’d love to hear from you. Together, we can create a plan that works for you and your loved ones.

Ryan Kelley
Co-Owner
Hi, I’m Ryan Kelley, and I’m proud to work alongside my wife, Caitlin, as part of the Griswold Home Care family in Greensburg. As a Professor with a background of management, human resources, and organizational consulting, I’ve spent my career helping people and organizations thrive by creating positive work cultures, supporting leadership development, and championing mental health awareness.
While I’ve worked in a variety of industries—healthcare, non-profit, education, and beyond—what drives me most is connecting with people and making a real difference in their lives. As a professor, I’ve had the privilege of teaching future business leaders how to succeed in the workplace. Now, as a part of Griswold Home Care, I’m bringing that same focus on people to our mission of providing compassionate, quality care to families in our community.
For me, Griswold Home Care is about more than just helping seniors stay in their homes; it’s about building connections and giving families the support they need during challenging times. I’m especially passionate about partnering with our caregivers to ensure they feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide the best possible care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in the community, and finding new ways to give back to Greensburg—a place I’m proud to call home.
If you’re looking for care for your loved ones or just want to learn more about how we’re serving the Greensburg community, I’d love to chat. Let’s work together to make a difference in the lives of the people who matter most to you.
In Your Community
We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the neighborhood, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
