Beth Copeland

Director

Beth Copeland, Director of the Salisbury office, has over 35 years of experience in nursing and health care. She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University. Her broad experience has resulted in her passion for the elderly, specifically helping families care for their spouses, parents, or loved ones with affordable, quality care.

Like many in the senior services field, Beth’s experiences have significantly shaped her passion to serve the elderly and disabled populations on the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. Beth helped care for her grandfather with cancer and congestive heart failure during the many years of his illness. His only wish was to be cared for at home, but there was no home care where he lived, and his wife was unable to care for him by herself. Beth’s grandfather died in the hospital, but desperately wished he could have been at home with the support of live-in care. Beth’s grandfather’s wish has driven her passion for offering exceptional care for others in their homes.

Beth enjoys traveling, hiking, any time outdoors, and reading.

Hillary Hudson

Lead Care Coordinator

Hillary Hudson, Lead Care Coordinator of the Salisbury, MD office, is a native of Sussex County, Delaware. Hillary has over twelve years of experience in the Human Services field, providing quality services and supports to various populations. She has always found working with people to be an essential part of her life.  Hillary possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and is committed to providing the highest level of care to the clients and their families.

In her free time, Hillary enjoys trying new recipes, shopping, and reading.

Johnna Jensen, RN

Assessment Coordinator & Special Projects

Although new to in-home care, I’ve been a nurse for 26 years, most recently in the hospice setting. I found myself at Griswold in 2023 while taking a break from the medical field. Starting in our Lewes office as a “jack of all trades”, I am excited to be able to get back to a nursing role at our Salisbury location! My favorite part as a nurse has always been being able to assist, advocate, support & comfort patients/clients & their families. Compassionate in-home care for those who want support to live where they love is what we at Griswold stand by. I look forward to guiding our clients into this step of their journey. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family & friends.

Haley White

HR and Recruiting Specialist

Haley brings exceptional organization and a keen eye for talent to her role as an Assistant Recruiter. In her position, she supports the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Haley is passionate about finding outstanding care professionals for our home care team. She began her career as a caregiver and has experience in the service industry, which has made her appreciate the importance of customer service.

In her personal life, Haley values spending time with her family, which includes her two boys and their dog, Abby. She shares a strong bond with her loved ones. In her free time, you can find her enjoying outdoor activities, reading, and watching movies with the boys.
