Patriot Angels – Navigating the VA’s complex benefits system can be overwhelming, especially when veterans are trying to secure the financial support needed for senior living, healthcare, and long-term care. Patriot Angels is dedicated to helping veterans and their families access the benefits they have rightfully earned through their service to our country.

During weekdays, of course, you contact your hospice team at the number they provide. But when your hospice team is off duty and your VITAS office is closed, your Telecare hospice team is on the job: evenings, weekends and holidays.
