At Griswold Care Pairing for Greater Orlando, we believe that exceptional in-home care is closely tied to meaningful community involvement. Our mission goes beyond caregiving. We are here to uplift families, support our clients, and stay actively engaged in the Greater Orlando senior care community. We’re proud to connect families not only with referred Caregivers, but also with a wide network of trusted local resources and support. We are led by a passionate team committed to local outreach and senior advocacy. From walking to honor those affected by Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s to building professional networks that benefit our clients, we are continually striving to make a meaningful impact in Greater Orlando.

Walk for Parkinson’s April 2025
The walk for Parkinson’s at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs was a meaningful day filled with remembrance, advocacy, and community spirit. Organized by the Parkinson Association of Central Florida, the event brought together families, Caregivers, and supporters from across the region.
Griswold was proud to sponsor the event and join three generations of the Porterfield family as they honored their loved one and former Griswold client, Charles Porterfield. Wearing their custom ‘Charles on donkey back’ T-shirts, the family brought incredible heart and energy to the walk. It was a beautiful tribute, and we’re already looking forward to being part of this inspiring event again next year!
EAGO Golf Tournament March 2025
We are proud members and active participants in the Executive Association of Greater Orlando (EAGO), a trusted referral and business networking organization that has supported our mission for over 12 years. Our Griswold team showed up in full spirit for the EAGO Annual Golf Tournament at Stoneybrook West Golf Club. Proceeds support the valuable business referral work of EAGO, and the day was full of laughter, camaraderie, and connection. As always, it was a chance to celebrate the relationships that help us extend our mission every day!
Alzheimer’s Walk October 2024
Griswold was proud to sponsor the Alzheimer’s Walk at Lake Eola, a deeply personal event for many of our team members. Organized by the Alzheimer’s Association, the walk raises awareness and critical support for those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
We walked in honor of Margie Drane, mother of Griswold Owner Mary Carter Eick, and Janet Winterburn, mother of Griswold team member Shannon Feezor. Special thanks to Raquel Lindo for hosting the Winterburn family at the walk. Together, we continue the fight for awareness, support, and hope!
Music & Dementia Workshop – We were proud to sponsor the Music & Dementia workshop with ADRC focused on the power of music in Dementia Care. Special thank you to the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center for making this event possible. Our Director of Griswold Care Pairing for Greater Orlando, Herm Eick, was happy to share his expertise! Herm was also joined by Ashley Gravatte, the ADRC’s Director of Arts and Wellness.
