We are partnering with PocketRN, a Medicare-approved GUIDE dementia care provider. By participating in this program, you may be eligible for an annual 72 hours of paid home care hours through Griswold. To be eligible to participate, the care recipient must have dementia, be enrolled in traditional Medicare Parts A & B, and is not currently on hospice or a skilled nursing care recipient.
