We are excited to announce a new partnership with Lifeguard. A technology designed to provide more peace of mind to all of the families we work with.

Where Technology and Home Care Meet

At Griswold Home Care for Burlington, we’re proud to integrate innovative technology into our home care services. These technologies allow us to provide better care and improve the safety of all of our clients. When technology and home care meet in safe and effective ways, the benefits to our clients can be lifesaving. We are committed to finding innovative ways to ensure your loved ones are supported, whether our Caregivers are present or not.

Several health changes that can result from falls or hospitalizations may begin weeks before a crisis. Lifeguard allows us to identify these changes earlier, enabling our care team to intervene more quickly and leading to better outcomes at home.

  • Earlier Detection – we can identify changes in mobility, sleep, nutrition, and daily routines before a crisis develops.
  • Faster Intervention – we are able to respond sooner when meaningful changes in wellbeing are detected.
  • Better Continuity of Care – we provide objective insights to families, care managers, and healthcare providers.
  • More Time Safely at Home – we can support independence and aging in place through proactive care.

From Peace of Mind to Proactive Care

Everyone wants to know that their loved one receiving care is not only safe, but comfortable. That’s why we are excited to add Lifeguard to our care plans. Lifeguard uses a discreet system: no cameras, no microphones, and nothing to wear to understand general patterns like sleep, movement, and daily routines. When something seems unusual, such as a long period of inactivity, our 24/7 Lifeguard Alert Center reaches out to make sure everything is okay. It’s a simple, private way to stay connected to what matters: your loved one’s wellbeing.

The Griswold-Lifeguard Advantage

  • Insight into well-being between Caregiver visits
  • Early identification of changes that could require attention
  • Privacy-preserving, camera-free monitoring
  • Enhanced collaboration with families, care managers, and healthcare providers
  • Additional support for clients who wish to remain safely at home
