Dementia Certification Program for Caregivers

Griswold Home Care for Burlington partners with the Alzheimer’s Association to provide a Dementia Certification Program. This program enhances Caregivers’ understanding of dementia and equips them with the skills to provide compassionate and personal care. It’s a core part of our ongoing commitment to Caregiver development and client well-being.

What is the Nurse Aide I Program and Scholarship Opportunity

We support our staff not only through training but also financially. If you are a current Griswold employee, we offer a scholarship that covers 50% of the tuition for the Nurse Aid I course at Triad Medical Academy.

The Nurse Aide I Program is a 120-hour program that combines classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and real-world clinical experience. Students will acquire fundamental nursing skills essential for providing quality care in various healthcare settings. Upon program completion, graduates will be prepared to take the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program Examination. Leading to certification on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry (CNA I).

Triad Medical Academy

Founded by our Director, Bruce McReynolds, Triad Medical Academy, provides quality education and hands-on training for healthcare professionals in the Piedmont Triad region.

The Academy offers a range of courses to equip students with the skills necessary to excel in various healthcare settings.
