Michelle Still
Regional Director
Michelle Still’s career at Griswold Home Care began in 2000 when she was hired and mentored by our founder, Jean Griswold. Having worked closely beside Jean for over 10 years, Michelle not only shares the same empathy and compassion as our esteemed founder, but also understands the intricacies of caring for older adults.
After caring for her aging mother in her beloved home until her passing, Michelle understands the challenges faced by many families. As Regional Director of Lower Pennsylvania, Michelle uses both her professional and personal experiences to help seniors stay safely in the place they love. Michelle has helped thousands of families while staying true to the spirit of our revered founder.
Scott Young
Client Care Specialist
Scott began his career with the company in 2000, hired by founder Jean Griswold. As a Client Care Specialist, he enjoys working directly with clients and caregivers and strives to create a positive experience for his clients while supporting the office's caregivers with their career goals. His many years in the field have allowed him to implement creative solutions when addressing difficult situations. Scott enjoys the outdoors and often goes hiking and fishing in the Wissahickon Valley Park near his Mt. Airy home.
Sheilah Johnson
Client Care Specialist
Sheilah worked as an Office Manager at Strawbridge and Clothier in the Engineering Department for 16 years until joining the Lower Pennsylvania Office in 2000. She joined the Corporate Office for several years, supporting its departments in various positions, until returning to the Lower Pennsylvania Office in 2017 as their Client Care Specialist.
Sheilah enjoys event planning and has planned several weddings. She also loves spending time with her family and creating fun events that bring them together. When she's not planning a fun get-together, Sheilah likes to watch golf tournaments and is an avid golf fan!
Tracy Hicks
Talent Specialist
Tracy Hicks started with Griswold Home Care in 2001, originally as a Caregiver, and joined the Lower Pennsylvania Office as their Talent Specialist in 2016. Being a part of helping others smile and feel special, no matter where they are in their journey, is Tracy's daily goal every time she steps into the office!
In her free time, Tracy enjoys taking long, scenic drives throughout the country.
Julie Roggio
Community Liaison
Julie joined Griswold Home Care of Lower PA in 2020 as a Community Liaison. Her personal experience with home care services for her father gives her a unique understanding of the needs and challenges facing families and their loved ones, and she’s thrilled knowing she can assist those looking for care through her extensive background knowledge and passion for providing support. In her spare time, Julie enjoys landscape gardening, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family!
Chrissy McPherson
Community Liaison
Chrissy McPherson joined Griswold Home Care for Bucks & Montgomery Counties in April 2025 as our Community Liaison. She brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client relations, having worked in healthcare, multimedia advertising, and shared office solutions. Chrissy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Marshall University and is passionate about building relationships and engaging with the local community. She’s excited to be part of a close-knit team dedicated to compassionate care.
Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys live music and spending time with her two children.
Sam Figueroa
Client Lead Specialist
Sam Figueroa joined Griswold Home Care for Bucks and Montgomery Counties in August 2023 as their Client Lead Specialist. Prior to Griswold Home Care, Sam was at Philadelphia Coca-Cola for 10 years as a Business Development Manager where he opened new accounts throughout Philadelphia. He set up the accounts with pricing, equipment, POS and made sure that the Route Sales Representative visited the account on a weekly basis. Not only does Sam have an extensive background in the Bottling and Distribution industry, but he also brings 30 years of rewarded sales experience to the Bucks and Montgomery community. He is looking forward to reaching out to the digital leads we receive and providing them with information on why they should choose Griswold Home Care for Bucks and Montgomery Counties for their Home Care needs.
In Sam’s spare time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, spending time with his three grandchildren, his wife and daughter. He also enjoys working in leadership at his church and pursuing his love of writing and stand-up comedy.
Noelen Abuyo
Client Care Specialist
Noelen “Nilen” Abuyo joined Griswold Home Care as a Client Care Specialist, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and administrative support. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and over three years of experience in client relations and data management, Nilen has developed exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
Her experience in both inbound and outbound environments taught her the importance of empathy, precision, and patience—qualities she now applies when supporting the Griswold team in delivering compassionate, well-organized care.
Beyond work, Nilen is passionate about learning and self-improvement. Whether exploring new ideas through psychology podcasts or engaging in strategy-based games, she continues to nurture her curiosity and focus—traits that reflect her dedication to both personal and professional growth.

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.

Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
