Gary has an extensive background involving many local organizations. Before Griswold, he managed residential programs for the disabled at ProBerco (previously Prospectus Associates, Inc.). He has served on the Boards of organizations such as the ALS Association,  the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and the Tri-County Community Network.
